About H&L Builders

Starting in January 1998, H&L Builders constructed its first new home in O’Fallon Illinois. With the owner having his roots as a 3rd generation builder and growing up and living within the O’Fallon IL community, the company can proudly call itself a local builder. This pride in its community has led to tremendous company growth, with H&L Builders now constructing new homes in the popular residential communities of O’Fallon IL, Maryville IL, Troy IL, Collinsville IL, Caseyville IL and Scott Air Force Base.
