The Clayton II Home Model

Our Clayton home model is two stories and 2291 square feet. It has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a 3-car garage. One of our original Savannah Hills models is tried and true. With an optional 5th bedroom and 3rd full bathroom in the basement, this home has plenty of customization to make it your own. Upgrading to our Clayton II model adds a third garage space, finishes the basement, and provides extra space on the main floor for the great room and kitchen.
