The Clayton Home Model

Our Clayton home model is two stories and 2291 square feet. It has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a 2-car garage. One of our original Savannah Hills models that is tried and true. With an optional 5th bedroom and 3rd full bathroom in the basement, this home has plenty of customization to make it your own. Upgrading to our Clayton II model adds a third garage space and finishes the basement, along with adding some extra space on the main floor for the great room and kitchen.

The Princeton Home Model

Our Princeton home model is two stories and 2747 square feet (804 sq. ft. basement). It has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a 3 car garage, an open modern living first floor with 4 of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor and one in the basement. The basement features a large recreational area along with a massive storage space.

The Bellingham Home Model

This ranch-style, 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home spans 1,993 square feet and boasts an open floor plan. With three bedrooms on the first floor and one in the basement, it also features a family room and recreation area in the basement, complemented by a three-car garage.
